When will my order arrive?
In Canada, most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days. The US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand take about 8 to 18 business days, and other countries up to 30. Every order is tracked.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 5 in Canada, November 25 for the US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and November 10 everywhere else.

Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as it ships.

How much is shipping?
Canada and the US: $5, free when your order is $75 or more. UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: $18. Everywhere else: $25. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes, to the US and over 200 other countries and territories. Depending on your country, import taxes or duties may be charged when your order arrives.

What if it arrives damaged or it's the wrong item?
Email a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
