Every order ships with tracking.

• Where we ship: Canada, the US and over 200 other countries and territories.
• Canada: $5, or free when your order is $75 or more. Most orders arrive in 7 to 12 business days.
• United States: $5, or free when your order is $75 or more. Most orders arrive in 8 to 18 business days.
• UK and Europe: $18. Most orders arrive in 8 to 18 business days.
• Australia and New Zealand: $18. Most orders arrive in 8 to 18 business days.
• Everywhere else: $25. Most orders arrive in 10 to 30 business days, and a few countries can take longer.
• Mystery boxes: free in Canada and the US, since every box is over $75. $25 to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and $35 everywhere else.
• Prices: all prices are in Canadian dollars. You see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
• Import taxes: depending on your country, import taxes or duties may be charged when your order arrives.
• When it ships: orders leave our supplier within 1 to 3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships.
• Christmas: order by December 5 in Canada, November 25 for the US, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and November 10 everywhere else.
• More than one item: items in the same order can arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
